Talk about :

Your coffee

Your dog

Your plans for the day

Anything.

The goal isn’t perfection.

DAY 4 – SHARE A LESSON

Challenge: Share something life has taught you.

DAY 5 – TRUST YOURSELF

Challenge: Press record.

No notes.

No script.

No retakes.

Just speak.
