Before I started working online, I honestly thought, “Well… maybe this is it for me.” I’d spent years pouring into others, navigating early menopause, and feeling like my sparkle had dimmed. Deep down, I wanted more but I was afraid. Afraid to start over. Afraid I was too old. Afraid nobody would care.

And maybe you’ve felt that too.

But here’s what I’ve learned: sometimes it isn’t life’s circumstances that weigh us down the most. It’s the beliefs we carry about ourselves. The quiet little voices that tell us we’ve missed our chance or that it’s safer to stay stuck than to try again.

The truth? Those beliefs can hurt us far more than the circumstances ever could.
